Solomon was stressing the importance of how a wise woman should build her home and how a foolish woman would tear it down. Believers with integrity will follow God's precepts and apply them not only to their own lives but to the lives of their children. The prudent believer will understand how to build a godly home based on God's Word as its foundation but a foolish person will build on the faulty foundation of their self-sufficiency.
